RESOLUTION NO. 2008-39
RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCIL MEMBER — CITY OF OTSEGO
WHEREAS, Council Member Stockamp has been appointed Mayor as a result of
the resignation of Larry Fournier as Mayor of the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the Otsego City Council has declared a vacancy in the position of Council Member
previously held by CM Stockamp ; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that a qualified individual with previous City Council
experience should be appointed to complete the current Council term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Otsego,
County of Wright, Minnesota, does hereby appoint Dan Scharber as a
Council Member of the City of Otsego, effective immediately.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 23`d day of June, 2008.
