CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE RELATED TO SUNDAY LIQOUR
SALES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 7-2-10.A of the City Code (3.2 Percent Malt Liquor) is hereby
amended to read as follows:
A. Allowed Days and Hours. The hours of operation and days of sale shall be
those set by Minn. Stat. § 340A.504, as it may be amended from time to time.
Section 2. Section 7-3-9.A of the City Code (Intoxicating Liquor) is hereby
amended to read as follows:
A. Allowed Days and Hours. The hours of operation and days of sale shall be
those set by Minn. Stat. § 340A.504, as it may be amended from time to time.
Section 3. Section 7-4-3 of the City Code (Sunday Liquor Ordinance) is hereby
amended to read as follows:
7-4-3: ALLOWED DAYS AND HOURS:
The hours of operation and days of sale shall be those set by Minn. Stat. § 340A.504,
as it may be amended from time to time.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
