A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD
FOR GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego is authorized by the provisions of
Minnesota Statutes, Chaper 203B.13 to appoint an Absentee Ballot Board; and
WHEREAS, the board shall consist of a sufficient number of election
judges as provided in sections 204B.19 to 204B.22; and
WHEREAS, the absentee ballot board shall receive and process absentee
ballots in accordance with Minnesota Election Laws; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Otsego, to authorize the use of an absentee ballot board to receive and process
absentee ballots for General Elections and to appoint the following election
judges to serve on the absentee ballot board:
Elaine Beatty Rose Cassady Monica Mize
Laura Koehler-Lium Kathy Roberts Tami Loff
Judy Hudson Sandy Lindenfelser
