RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 12th day of May, 2008,
fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of City of Otsego
Improvement Project 08-11, Quantrelle Avenue Sanitary Sewer and Watermain
Extension
AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks'Tublished notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 23 day of June, 2008, at
which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Feasibility Report
dated May 5, 2008, and in the council resolution adopted 12th day of May, 2008.
Adopted by the city council this 21 st day of July, 2008.
