Call to order.
Magor Jessica Stockamp p called the meeting to order at 9:10 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stocl r ; ouncil r b rs: vera Hid or, Jason Warohit o, Doug
Schroeder and Torn Darkenwald. Staff: Lori Johnson, City Administrator.
1. Utilities Operations.
The City Administrator Johnson gave an update on the Utilities Department transition, She
indicated that PeopleService made a very late offer for a one year contract. The Council
concurred that the decision has already been made to terminate the service and this offer is too
Tato. She gave a brief update on the transition plan indicating that a recommendation to biro
Utilities System operators will be on the June 10 agenda for approval and that the Public Works
Subcommittee is reviewing vehicle needs at its mooting tomorrow,
2, Administrative Services Director Recruitment.
The Council discussed the Administrative tive Services Director r Recruitment process. The applicant
summaries were reviewed by number only with three applicants selected for initial screening.
One or two of the applicants will be selected from this pool for an interview with the full
Council, The Council requested screening panels of two Council members r each, A decision on
whether a pre-employment candidate assessment will be conducted will be determined before
interviews are scheduled.
