BUDGET INFORMATION
AMENDMENT o SETTLEMENT AGEMN AND RELEASE of
CLAIMS DATED JANUARY 22, 2013
A. Se'ttlement Agreementand Release of Claims was executed by both Gary Allen
Groen (EMPLOYEE) and the City of Otsego (CITY) on January 22, 2013.
Both parties wish to amend that Agreement by changing the effective date of
resignation froin September 6, 2013 to June 20, 2013. All obligations ofthe CITY
relative to compensation, and all obligations of the EMPLOYEE to provide
services to the CITY shall terminate on June 20, 2013, June 20, 2013 shall be
substituted for any reference to September 6, 2013 in the original Agreement.
All other terms and conditions of that Agreement dated January 22, 2013 remain
in force an ffect.
