Coil to Order.
Chair Black called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

1, Consider the following minutes:
1.1 FebruaW 4, 201 -Planning Commission Meeting.-

2. Public Hearing items:
2.1 Hamlet:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1 District and R -C District
to A-2 District.
B, Conditional use permit to allow a lob larcier than 2,5 acres within an A-2
District.
City Planner Licht presented the Planning Report, Applicant Charles Hamlet was present
and agreed with the City staff report.
City Clerk L.off attested that all the proper noticing, posting and publishing has been
completed.
Chair Black opened the public Hearing at 7.06 PM.
Brad Rosnow, 9847 Jalger Avenue NE, asked about the 60 foot remnant properly south
of his property., City Planner Licht said Wright County records indicate that the Hamlet
family also owns that property. City staff will work with the property owner to
determine the intent of that parcel.
Chair Black closed the Public Hearing at 7:09 PM,
Commissioner Stritesky motioned to pass Decision i approving a Zoning Map
amendment for the Charles and Teresa Hamlet property (including the
portion to be attached to their property) A-2 District based on a finding that
the request is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Decision 2
approving a Conditional Use Permit allowing administrative subdivision of
the Charles and Teresa Hamlet property resulting in a tot with an area
greater Than 2,5 acre, subject to the three (3) conditions listed in the
Planning Report. Seconded by Commissioner Nichols, All in favor. Motion
carred.
2, 2 Montgomery:
A Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1 District to A-2 District.
B. Conditional use permit for a lot less than 20 acres within the A-2
District,
City Planner Licht presented the Planning Reporf, Applicant Clay Montgomery was
present and agreed with the City staff report.
City Clerk Loff attested that all the proper noticing, posting and publishing has been
completed.
Chair Black opened the Public Hearing at 7.-14 PM. Hearing no public commend Chair
Black closed the Public Hearing at 7.15 PM.
Commissioner Nichols motioned to approve Decision I approving a Zoning
Map amendment rezoning the subject site from A-,IDistrict to -2 District
based on a finding that the request is consistent with the Comprehensive
Fran and Decision 2 approving a conditional Use Permit allowing
administrative subdivision of o lot with an area less than 20 acres within the
District subject to the seven conditions listed in the Planning Report.
Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. All in favor. Motion carried.
Non- Hring..i m:
3rd. Election of the 2013 Planning Commission Chair & Vice -Chair.
Commissioner Thompson motioned to nominate Pam Black as chair.
Seconded by Commissioner Gerten. All in favor. Motion carried.
Commissioner'Nichols motioned to nominate Dave Thompson as Vice Chair.
Seconded by commissioner Strife ky. All in favor, Motion carried.

CM Heldner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions,
5. Update on future P[annirt Commission Agenda hems.
City Clerk Loff said there are no applications at this time and she will keep the
Commissioners posted.
