BACK GROUNDIJUSTIFICATION:
The license holder of Pour Wine and Bistro; 15704 901h Street NE, has submitted an application for Off -
Sale Liquor License for a store to be known as Pour Bottle Shop. The establishment will be located in the
empty space between Pour Wine and Bistro and Bright Eyes Vision Clinic. The applicant has been
informed that there must be a separate door to the store that must remain closed at all times and also
that the occupancy of the empty space in the Pour/Bright Eyes building requires the final payment of
SACAC fees for a retail use.
