RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND
ORDERING REQUEST FOR QUOTES
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution
Hakanson Anderson Inas prepared plans
Drainage Improvement Project - Phase
specifications to the council for approval;
passed by the council on June 10, 2013,
and specifications for Needham Avenue
1 and has presented such plans and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1s Such plans and specifications, dated June 1, 2013, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The city Engineer shall request quotes. from at least 3 responsible
contractors for raking of such improvement under such approved pians and
specifications. The request for quote shall specify the work to be done, shall state that
quotes will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on July 2, 2013, In the council chambers of the city
hall, 13400 90th Street NE, Otsego, MN 55330. No quotes will be considered unless
sealed and filed with the clerk.
