RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT- JUSTEN
SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, GTTM2, LLC is seeking approval of a Plat known as JUS ' N
SECOND ADDITION; and
WHERE ASthe approved Plat requires transfer to the City of an outlotand
payment of City costs and fees; and
WHERFAS, those obligations are contained in the attached Developers
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Developers Agreement also sets forth the escrow required for
payment of City costs and fees and establishes the various remedies available to
the City in the event that Developer breaches the terms and conditions of the
Agreement.

NOW5 THERE FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota as Follows;
1. The attached Developers Agreement between the City of Otsego and
OTTM2, LLC is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Developers
Agreement on behalf of the City of Otsego.
