RECOMMENDATION:
City Staff recommends accepting all public improvements associated with P&F Machining in Great River
Centre of Otsego 4th Addition and starting the warranty period retroactively as of May 11, 2017.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
All improvements (public and private) for P&F Machining were constructed in 2016 with the final
bituminous lift being placed late November 2016. The initial acceptance walk-thru of the public utilities
was not able to be completed until May 11, 2017. The public improvements include watermain and
service, some storm sewer, and a storm pond. All items have been successfully completed.
Staff recommends that all public improvements be initially accepted by resolution. Per the Developer's
agreement for Lot 1, Block 1 Great River Centre of Otsego 4th Addition, the Developer warrants;
All public improvements, other than streets, within the plat as of May 11, 2017 commencing the one (1)
year warranty period from this date.

CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
GREAT RIVER CENTER OF OTSEGO 4T" ADDITION — LOT 1, BLOCK 1.
WHEREAS, the City and Developer entered into a Developers Agreement May
16, 2016 and recorded with Wright County as Document #A1314724 regarding approval
of the plat and installation of required public improvements within Lot 1, Block 1 Great
River Centre of Otsego 4th Addition (the "plat"); and,
WHEREAS, all public utility improvements, including watermain and services,
and storm sewer have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, all public improvements were constructed in accordance with City
standards, Code and approved plans within the plat; and,
WHEREAS, an initial acceptance inspection of the public improvements within
the plat was conducted on May 11, 2017 with City staff and the Developer, and all
remaining items have been successfully completed; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA THAT
1. The City accepts all public improvements, other than streets, within the plat as of
the date of this resolution commencing the one (1) year warranty period
retroactively started as of the date of May 11, 2017.
2. Upon conclusion of the respective warranty periods and completion of a final
acceptance inspection by City staff and satisfaction of any conditions of said final
inspection, improvements lying within public easements and public right-of-way
shall be come City property without further notice or action.
