The City has conducted a thorough recruitment and selection process to fill the Administrative Services
Director position. In addition, background and reference checks were completed and documented.
As a result of that process, the candidate recommended for hire as Administrative Services Director is
Daniel Jordet. Mr. Jordet has extensive experience in municipal government in the areas of finance,
human resources, and economic development, in addition to broad administrative experience. He has
held positions as deputy city manager, city administrator, and most recently director of fiscal and
support services for a metro community.

positron of Services Director. The following pay and benefits have been agreed
upon by Mr. J rdet pending Council approval:
Pay— Starting at Step 9, Pay Grade 19. Eligible for a stepincrease on one year
anniversary if performance meets City criteria. Thereafter, pair adjustments are
consistent with personnel poli} and pay plan criteria and guidelines at that time.
Leave — Begins earning PTO with credit for fire years of service.
Other — All other teras and conditions of employment are consistent with the personnel
Policy.
