BACKGROUND
Mr. John Lenz is requesting approval of a proposed detached accessory building as a Planned
Unit Development -Conditional Use Permit (PUD -CUP). A public hearing to consider the
application was opened at the Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, 5 September 2017 at
7:0013M. The Planning Commission continued discussion to the meeting on 18 September 2017
for more information to be provided. Mr. Lenz did not attend that meeting and the application
was continued again to 2 October 2017. Mr. Lenz is unable to attend the Planning Commission
meeting on 2 October 2017, so City staff again recommends the application be continued to the
meeting on 6 November 2017.
CONCLUSION
City staff recommends the Planning Commission act to continue the public hearing regarding
the Lenz PUD -CUP application to their next meeting on 6 November 2017.
