RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 72nd Street NE
72"d Street NE from Quaker Avenue N.E. to Quam Avenue N.E. in the City of
Otsego, Minnesota.
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 27th day of October, 2008, by the City of
Otsego in Wright County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be
called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the connection of 72nd Street NE from Quaker
Avenue N.E. to Quam Avenue N.E. in the City of Otsego, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street; therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City", shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on 72nd Street NE from
Quaker Avenue NE to Quam Avenue NE at all times.
