RECOMMENDATION:
City staff is recommending that the City Council approve Pay Request #4 (Final) for the East WWTF
Oxidation Ditch Improvement project.

BACKGROUND/J USTI FI CATI O N:
All work for the East WWTF Oxidation Ditch Improvement project has been completed by Gridor
Construction, Inc. The punch list items have also been completed in satisfactory fashion.
The pay request has been reviewed by Scott Schaefer with Advanced Engineering and Environmental
Services, Inc. (AE2S). Scott has signed the Engineer's Certificate for Payment section of the pay request, and
thereby is recommending payment to the contractor.
This is the final pay request for the project, and accordingly, the City will be releasing the security that was
pledged in lieu of retainage.
