BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
City staff is looking for approval to close City Hall for one hour during the Employee Recognition Luncheon
on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Prairie Center. Consistent with past
practice, the Administrative Subcommittee discussed this request at their October meeting and
recommended approval.
